World Pilot Cup Community Standards, Competition Rules, and Refund Policies

1. Community Standards

World Pilot Cup is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all players. By participating in our platform, you agree to uphold these community standards.

Respect & Civility

  • Treat all players with respect, regardless of skill level, background, or identity
  • No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discriminatory language
  • No threatening, intimidating, or abusive behavior
  • Keep communications appropriate and family-friendly

Prohibited Content

  • No sharing of personal information (yours or others')
  • No inappropriate, offensive, or adult content
  • No spam, scams, or phishing attempts
  • No impersonation of other players, staff, or public figures
  • No promotion of illegal activities or substances

Sportsmanship

  • Win and lose gracefully
  • Congratulate opponents on good performances
  • Report issues through proper channels, not public complaints
  • Help new players learn and improve

2. Competition Rules

Race Entry

  • Players must register and have a valid pilot to enter ranked races
  • Once entered into a race, you are committed to participate
  • Failure to appear for scheduled races may result in penalties
  • Race entry deadlines are final and cannot be extended

Race Conduct

  • All races are simulated fairly based on pilot statistics and strategy
  • Intentional disconnection during races is prohibited
  • Race results are final once officially confirmed
  • Disputes must be filed within 24 hours of race completion

Season Structure

  • Weeks 1-2: Registration period
  • Weeks 3-10: Qualifier races (minimum 10 races required to qualify for playoffs)
  • Week 11: Playoff rounds
  • Week 12: Championship finals

Points & Rankings

  • Championship points are awarded based on race finishing position
  • Bonus points may be awarded for fastest laps and consistent performance
  • Points are multiplied during playoff and final stages
  • Leaderboard rankings are updated after each race

3. Fair Play Policy

Fair competition is fundamental to World Pilot Cup. We employ advanced systems to detect and prevent unfair advantages. Violations may result in immediate disqualification and account suspension.

Strictly Prohibited

  • Cheating: Using exploits, hacks, or unauthorized modifications
  • Multi-accounting: Operating multiple accounts to gain advantages
  • Account sharing: Allowing others to access or play on your account
  • Match fixing: Colluding with other players to manipulate race outcomes
  • Stat manipulation: Exploiting bugs to artificially inflate pilot statistics
  • Automation: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools

Detection & Prevention

  • All race simulations are validated for integrity
  • Statistical analysis monitors for unusual patterns
  • Player reports are investigated thoroughly
  • Suspicious activity may trigger account review

Consequences

  • First offense: Warning and temporary race suspension
  • Second offense: Season disqualification and point removal
  • Severe violations: Permanent account ban and forfeiture of all items

4. Age Requirements & Parental Consent

Important Notice for Young Players

Players under the age of 18 must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before creating an account, participating in competitions, or making any purchases.

Age Requirements

  • Minimum age to create an account: 13 years old
  • Players aged 13-17 require parental/guardian consent
  • Players under 18 cannot make purchases without parental approval
  • Age verification may be required for prize redemption

Parental Controls

  • Parents can request spending limits on minor accounts
  • Parents can request account activity reports
  • Parents can restrict or disable chat features
  • Contact hi@hivestrk.com to set up parental controls

Guardian Responsibilities

  • Monitor your child's gaming activity and interactions
  • Discuss online safety and appropriate behavior
  • Review and approve any purchases before they are made
  • Report any concerns to our support team immediately

5. Purchases & Refunds

Virtual Currency (WPC Coins)

  • WPC Coins are virtual currency used within World Pilot Cup
  • Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Coin balances are non-transferable between accounts
  • Unused coins remain in your account indefinitely while active

Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund (within 14 days):

  • WPC Coin purchases where coins have not been spent
  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased content
  • Accidental duplicate purchases
  • Unauthorized purchases (with verification)

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Opened packs, bundles, or crates (items have been revealed)
  • Spent WPC Coins on in-game items or upgrades
  • Race entry fees after race has started
  • Participation in any ranked competition
  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
  • Accounts suspended or banned for rule violations

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact support at hi@hivestrk.com
  2. Include your account email and transaction ID
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Allow 5-10 business days for review and processing

Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Partial refunds may be issued for partially used purchases
  • Repeated refund requests may result in account restrictions
  • Fraudulent refund claims will result in account termination

6. Account Security

Your Responsibilities

  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Enable two-factor authentication when available
  • Never share your account with others
  • Log out when using shared devices

Account Compromise

  • Report suspected unauthorized access immediately
  • We are not responsible for losses due to account sharing
  • Compromised accounts may be temporarily locked for investigation
  • Recovery may require identity verification

7. Enforcement & Appeals

Enforcement Actions

Violations of these rules may result in:

  • Warning: First-time minor violations
  • Temporary suspension: 1-30 days based on severity
  • Season ban: Removal from current season competition
  • Permanent ban: Complete account termination

Appeal Process

  1. Appeals must be submitted within 7 days of enforcement action
  2. Email hi@hivestrk.com with your username and case details
  3. Provide any evidence supporting your appeal
  4. Appeals are reviewed within 14 business days
  5. Appeal decisions are final

Reporting Violations

Help us maintain a fair environment by reporting rule violations to hi@hivestrk.com. Include screenshots or evidence when possible. All reports are confidential.

Agreement

By creating an account, participating in races, or making purchases on World Pilot Cup, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Rules & Policies. We reserve the right to update these rules at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
